THE FARM

The Farm had been in the family for generations and acted as a central space in my childhood.

The series was started shortly after my grandmother moved into a home, and was taken over a few months as the house was gradually emptied out to be sold.

Once a place bustling with family life, the farm now stood as an empty vessel with its content intact, human absence resonating through the presence of familiar objects.

The series records the layers of objects accumulated over several generations and stands as a visual archive of my family's personal history, time elapsed and memories.
